Where: Ballston Spa High School tennis courts
1.To be eligible children must be residents of the town of Milton,Malta, Ballston or Village of Ballston Spa and ENTERING Grades 3 through 12 in September of this year. An added fee of $25.00 will be charged to those not residing in the Ballston Spa School district.
2. The first 4 sessions will consist of drills. The last 2 sessions will consist of match play. However, the program will be non-competitive and will emphasize the teaching of the fundamentals of tennis.
•PLAYERS MUST HAVE THEIR OWN TENNIS RACKET.
•BRINGING A WATER BOTTLE IS SUGGESTED AND USING BUG SPRAY.
In the event of rain, we will move the session to the following dates: Aug. 1 and 8.
This program is for those ENTERING Kindergarten through twelfth grade in September of 2016 or a June 2016 High School graduate residing in the towns of Milton, Malta, Ballston, or the village of Ballston Spa. Those residing outside of the Ballston Spa school district will need to add $25 to the cost. These ARE NOT swim lessons.To be eligible children must be able to SWIM one length of the pool WITHOUT FLOATATION DEVICES AND WITHOUT STOPPING.
Team attire will be cap, goggles, and swimsuit. A team suit is optional.
Practices are tentatively scheduled for two times a week in the afternoons from May 31st through June 23rd. Morning practices will be held 4 times per week (Monday-Thursday)beginning June 27th through July 28th. Most meets will be held Thursday evenings. The Suburban League Championship Meet will be held July 29th and 30th. Practice times will be announced at Parent Meeting as pool availability is determined.

Those who reside in one of the towns listed but are not residents of the Ballston Spa school district will be charged an added fee of $25.00.
There will be 5 Thursday sessions from 6:00-7:30 PM to be held: July 7, 14, 28 August 4, and 11. Please note July 21st is excluded.
The first 4 sessions will consist of learning stations, which will expose students to the various track and field events, as well as introduce them to the lifetime benefits of running. The last session will consist of a "fun" track meet. The program will be non-competitive and will emphasize the teaching of the fundamentals of running and field events.
